In accordance with art. 13 section 1 and item 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR), we inform that :

The legal basis for the processing of your data is an agreement between you and the Administrator, hereinafter referred to as: "Agreement", for the implementation of which the processing of your data is necessary.

Your personal data is processed only for the purposes related to the implementation of the Agreement and to take the necessary actions before the conclusion of the Agreement (Article 6 paragraph 1 point b) of the GDPR) and to perform the Administrator's tax / accounting obligations related to the settlement of the Agreement (Article 6 paragraph 1 point c) of the GDPR), as well as to defend against possible claims or assert any claims related to the contract (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR).

Providing personal data is not mandatory, however, failure to do so will make the conclusion and implementation of the Agreement impossible.

Your data will be stored for the time of business cooperation.

The administrator will transfer your data to recipients on the basis of data processing entrustment agreements, especially to entities providing transport, accounting, IT and claim services.

The administrator does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or to international organizations.

You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify it, delete it, as well as the right to limit their processing / the right to withdraw consent, the right to transfer data, the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, if in your opinion, the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the EU GDPR.
